The Durham Seating Collection at Lulu and Georgia is built around a single idea: that great seating should feel settled from the moment it arrives. Four pieces — the Durham Sofa, Durham Chaise Sectional, Durham Corner Sectional, and Durham U-Shaped Sectional — share the same tailored silhouette, the same clean lines, and the same balanced sit that reads as supportive without being stiff. Each piece is hand-upholstered in the USA, available in an expansive range of fabrics from performance basketweaves and linens to velvets and boucles, and designed to anchor a living room with quiet confidence. What is the Durham Seating Collection at Lulu and Georgia?
The Durham Seating Collection is a family of four hand-upholstered sofas and sectionals made in the USA and available exclusively at Lulu and Georgia. The collection is defined by its tailored, timeless aesthetic — clean lines, generous proportions, and a medium sit that feels comfortably relaxed without sacrificing structure. Durham pieces are offered in dozens of fabric options, including performance weaves, performance velvets, linens, and boucles, and are family- and pet-friendly.
What pieces are in the Durham Seating Collection?
Durham includes four configurations: the Durham Sofa (90" or 100" wide), the Durham Chaise Sectional, the Durham Corner Sectional, and the Durham U-Shaped Sectional. All four share the same detailing and proportions, so they can furnish a single room cohesively or be used individually as standalone statements.
Is the Durham Collection made in the USA?
Yes — all Durham seating pieces are hand-upholstered in the USA and ship via White Glove delivery. Made-to-order lead time is 7–9 weeks. The collection is available in performance fabrics that are family- and pet-friendly. For help selecting a fabric or configuration, Lulu and Georgia offers a Seating Guide and complimentary design services.
