Fire Pits + Tables

A fire pit transforms a patio from a seating area into a destination — the thing that makes people linger after dinner, pulls chairs into a tighter circle, and extends the outdoor season by weeks in each direction. At Lulu and Georgia, the fire pits and tables collection brings together propane fire tables, wood-burning fire pit bowls, concrete and steel fire bowls, and tabletop fire features in sizes suited to every outdoor space — from a small terrace to a sprawling backyard.

What fire pits and tables does Lulu and Georgia carry?

The collection includes round and rectangular propane fire tables with glass or stone top surfaces, freestanding wood-burning fire pit bowls in steel and concrete, tabletop fire bowls for balconies and small spaces, fire pit ring inserts for in-ground use, and chimineas in clay and cast iron. Propane models include a connection for a standard 20-pound propane tank; BTU output and flame height vary by model and are noted on each product page.

What is the difference between a fire pit and a fire table?

A fire pit is a standalone bowl or ring designed solely for fire — you gather around it in chairs. A fire table is a piece of furniture with a fire feature integrated into the top surface — it functions as both a coffee table and a fire element, with the flame contained at table height. Fire tables are more practical for a furnished patio where you want fire and surface space simultaneously; standalone fire pits are better as a central focal point around which seating is arranged.

What safety precautions do I need for an outdoor fire pit?

Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 feet from structures, fences, and overhead cover. Use a spark screen on wood-burning fire pits when burning. Never use lighter fluid or accelerants in a fire pit — use dry kindling and natural fire starters. Check local municipal codes before installing any fire feature; many areas have restrictions on wood-burning fires and require permits for gas line connections. Turn off propane at the tank when the fire table is not in use.
