How long will it take to get my personalized order?

Each custom item is made just for you. With that, personalized items can add up to 10 business days to the processing time of your order. Please note, personalized products are not eligible for 2 day shipping.

Are personalization items eligible for promotions or discounts?

Personalized items are not eligible for discounts or promotion codes.

If I order a personalized item and a non-personalized item, will they ship separately?

Yes, personalized and non-personalized items will be shipped separately. Individual tracking numbers will be shared with you to help track your items.

Are personalized orders eligible for returns or exchanges?

As your personalized items are made to order, these items cannot be exchanged or returned. No changes can be made once you have submitted your order.
